While we operate a very organized and cost effective homeowners association, the missing element has been an effective method of communication between our homeowners, board of directors and our Community Association Management Company. Your support of our association is greatly appreciated and we encourage you to contact any board member with suggestions, questions or concerns.
Our association is managed by a board of directors which are elected annually. The board elects officers to serve for the year. The officer positions are as follows:

In addition to the board of directors, there are many other opportunities to serve with the association. We invite you to consider serving on a committee for this organization. Committees include Architectural Control, Social, Landscape and Lighting as wells as other special projects. Homeowner involvement makes for a strong association.
Our association partners with Crye-Leike Community Association Management Company to manage our neighborhood. They provide general administration as well as the following services for us.1
Crye-Leike is responsible for ensuring that all covenants are being followed as recorded with each homeowner’s deed.

Crye-Leike is responsible for collecting all homeowner dues as well as disbursing all accounts payable.
